Dividing the Waters of Hawaii- Constitution and Making Peace

Peace Day and Constitution Day will be acknowledged this year with a provocative and very current discussion about water rights and legislation in Hawai'i. The talk will feature water rights advocate D. Kapua‘ala Sproat with a panel of community experts who will join in with comments. The talk will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the William S. Richardson School of Law, CR2 from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
