SAPFB Charter and General Criteria Public Commentary
April 30, 6:00pm - 7:00pmMānoa Campus, Campus Center 203 B&C
The Student Activity and Program Fee Board (SAPFB) is pleased to announce that we are proposing amendments to our current operating documents. These documents were last updated more than thirty years ago and we want them to reflect the current work of the SAPFB as well as the needs of students, faculty and staff in general. We believe these changes will allow us to better govern ourselves, so we can continue to serve the student body and campus community effectively. As a result, we would like to solicit your feedback and comment on our proposed changes.
We will be holding public commentary meetings on Thursday, April 30th 2015 in Campus Center room 203 B&C at 6:00PM and on Tuesday, May 5th 2015 in Campus Center room 307 at 6:00PM. Board members will be present to explain the changes being proposed in both our Charter and General Criteria documents with time allotted for Q&A. Those who are interested in attending one of the aforementioned opportunities are encouraged to view the documents with the proposed amendments beforehand. They can be found on the Announcement page of our website or by following the link below:

If you are unable to attend our public commentary meeting but would like to provide feedback, please send it to our email address sapfb2@hawaii.edu and in the subject line put “FEEDBACK.†All public comments, concerns and questions are requested no later than Wednesday April 29th 2015.
We look forward to better serving you and we grateful for your support and participation. Please make sure to like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter @SAPFB and on Instagram at UHM_SAPFB to stay up to date on what’s happening with the SAPFB.
