Tokyo Midtown Live Drawing: Daisuke Tajima

Daisuke Tajima, winner of the 2015 Tokyo Midtown Award, will conduct a live drawing in the Commons Gallery. Visitors may observe the artist at work and watch as his drawing progresses over a period of several days. Tajima is noted for his large, highly-detailed drawings of imaginary cityscapes from the perspective of a high-flying drone.

For Tajima, the year 2015 was auspicious. He graduated from the Aichi University of the Arts, 2015, and was selected as the grand prize winner in the highly-competitive Tokyo Midtown Awards.
