Engaging with Vietnam: An Interdisciplinary Dialogue

On October 6-7 the University of Hawai’i at Manoa will host the 8th “Engaging with Vietnam: An Interdisciplinary Dialogue” Conference with the theme of “Engaging with Vietnam through Scholarship and the Arts.” This two-day conference will feature some 70 presentations by scholars, artists and musicians from around the world.

“Engaging with Vietnam” is an annual conference that is co-organized by UH professors Phan Le Ha and Liam Kelley. For more information on the conference, please consult the conference web page: http://www.engagingwithvietnam.net/

The conference is open to UH and EWC faculty, staff and students. On the evening of the 6th there will be a concert of Vietnamese music at Orvis Auditorium sponsored by the College of Arts and Humanities that will be free and open to the public.
