“A woman with extraordinary powers goes toe to toe with the powers of darkness.â€
More of a coming of age story than an origin story, Issue One is set in an alternate Oahu where super heroes, heroines, and villains are born regularly. It follows the story of two rising heroines, Sparrow and Eli, as they try to take on two notorious super villains, Main Dish and Maxi T, who have been killing heroes and villains alike. This story addresses questions of power, responsibility, and the morality behind choices regarding how to combat “evil.â€
