Honolulu-based immigration attorney, KahBo Dye-Chiew, comes to UH Manoa for a presentation focused on what international students need to know about the H-1B process, but will also touch on the labor certification/PERM process and the National Interest Waiver -- the more traditional ways to obtain lawful permanent residency status in the United States.
