UH School of Law Entrepreneurship and Small Business Clinic

The UH School of Law Entrepreneurship and Small Business Clinic is taking appointments to provide free legal advice to UH students and faculty. The sessions are conducted by law students and supervised by Law Instructor Greg Kim, a licensed attorney who specializes in business law. The students are trained to discuss legal topics, including choice of entity, formation and governance of limited liability companies and corporations, protection of names and trademarks, and other business law matters.

The clinic is taking up to 8, 30-minute appointments, and is being hosted in the Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship at the Shidler College of Business.
