Fall 2017 Warrior Fitness Challenge
When: December 4th-8th, 5:30am - 10:15pm
Monday, 12/4: Back Squat (1 rep max)
Tuesday, 12/5: Push-Ups (body weight)
Wednesday, 12/6: Conventional Deadlifts (1 rep max)
Thursday, 12/7: Pull-Ups (body weight, platform pull-up bar)
Friday, 12/8: One man/One Woman circuit (on the courts)
The first 30 patrons to participate EACH DAY will receive a WRC 2017 Fitness challenge t-shirt.
All 1st place winners will receive a $100 bookstore gift card.
All 2nd place winners will receive a $50 bookstore gift card.
