Beginning Hawaiian I

Experience Hawaiian language and culture!
The course offers unique opportunities to experience Hawaiian language and culture, and serves as an introduction for all participants to begin their journey to proficiency in Hawaiian. Through a variety of activities, participants will begin with comprehension in listening and reading through language production.
At the end of this course, course participants will be able to:
- Introduce themselves and others
- Talk about daily activities
- Express likes and dislikes, and
- Produce sayings and proverbs at the appropriate times.
