Join us next week Wednesday, February 5, from 3:30-5:30 PM in 252 Moore Hall for a screening and discussion of “The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Knights,” a short film portraying an 1833 poem by the great Aleksandr Pushkin. His poem documents a fairy tale prince’s search for his true love, who has been sent away by her stepmother.
If you are a fan of fairy tales like the classic Snow White, this is the perfect Russian Club for you! Feel free to bring your own favorite Russian folk tales along for the discussion. As always, enjoy tea, cookies, and extra credit.
