• Makena Coffman, Director of the Institute for Sustainability and Resilience, Research Fellow with the UH Economic Research Organization and Chair of the City and County of Honolulu Climate Change Commission
• Karl Kim, Director of the Disaster Mgmt & Humanitarian Assistance Program and Executive Director of the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center
• Judith Stilgenbauer, Professor of Landscape Architecture and Principal Investigator of "South Shore Promenade and Coastal Open Space Network Study: Resilience and Connectivity by Design"
