CTAHR and the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology invite the UH community to help assess the quality of Hawaiʻi-grown rice at a free event. You will sample different kinds of rice and provide your honest feedback on taste, aroma, and overall quality. You can choose a 30 minute taste testing session between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on September 3.
