Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing language education. New tools and capabilities are emerging faster than ever, offering both exciting opportunities and real challenges for educators. How can we use these tools efficiently and effectively to enrich our language courses? This hands-on, interactive session is designed to help you get the most out of the Google and Gemini AI tools available to you through your UH Google Workspace. Dr. Mamiya Hernandez will offer concrete strategies and use cases for using AI tools to support communication, prioritize learning, spark creativity, and save you time. In this session you will learn to design innovative materials, build more inclusive learning experiences, free up time for what truly matters,and connect with your students. All experience levels welcome!
