Join us for an engaging session on Team-Based Learning (TBL), a comprehensive and research-supported small-group instructional approach used for over 30 years across more than 100 academic disciplines and implemented at 300+ institutions worldwide. Supported by more than 2,000 published studies, TBL offers a proven framework for improving student engagement and learning outcomes. In this session, participants will acquire knowledge on: - How teams are formed - The Readiness Assurance Process - The 4S problem-solving framework - Applying the four essential elements of TBL - Identifying next steps for continued learning and implementation. This session is ideal for faculty, teaching assistants, instructional designers, and anyone interested in enhancing their teaching practice.
