UHMCC Baseball Club Spring Meeting Announced

The UHMCC Baseball Club will hold an organizational meeting in the Kalama building, room 108 on Wednesday, March 19th from 5-6 PM. Topics to be covered include: selection of club officers, planning of social activities, coordination of club's 3 teams (male, female, co-ed) trainings & exhibition games, community partnerships, corporate sponsorships & fundraising initiatives, and joining the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) which holds an annual Club Baseball World Series. www.clubbaseball.org. We encourage all students, faculty & staff of UHMCC to become a member of the Baseball Club as a player, as an interested person or as a vocal fan. The Baseball Club intends to benefit the campus and community by promoting good sportsmanship, active and positive participation in the sport, socialization, competition and cooperation. The Baseball Club benefits the University and the community by promoting interaction between the academic and civic communities, increased communication and opportunities for private industry sponsorship of school sports.
