The Noble Chef

As one of Maui's premier food and wine events, The Noble Chef (formerly known as the Noble Grape) is Maui Culinary Academy's annual fundraiser with proceeds directly supporting culinary education and excellence. The welcome reception with Martini Bar and Hors D'Oeuvres will take place at sunset outside in the Fairmont Kea Lani's Fountain Court. Dinner will be five select courses designed by the Academy's industry partners, distinguished alumni and culinary students. This year, the event will feature an exclusive live auction with adventures specially designed for discerning diners. Join us and support culinary education on Maui!
