Windward CC Paliku Theatre presents A.R. Gurney’s Love Letters, July 30–Aug. 7. This two-character love story, played out by Tom and Holly Holowach, is a staged reading of a lifetime of letters exchanged by two people who grew up together and went separate ways but continued to share confidences and encounters. It chronicles the lives, loves, triumphs and tragedies of the staid, dutiful lawyer, Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and the lively, unstable artist Melissa Gardner through nearly 50 years.
