Human Subjects Investigator Training

The University of Hawaii Committee on Human Studies is presenting Fall Semester UH investigator workshops on human subjects research for researchers, faculty and students, on Friday, September 9, 2005, 12:30-4:30 Law School Classroom #3; Tuesday, September 13, 8:30-12:30, Law School Classrrom #1 and; Friday, September 23, 2005, 8:30-12:30 Law School Classroom #1.
These are the same workshops; not a series. One does not need to sign up ahead of time; there is no cost.
The workshop will provide a basic understanding of the ethics and principles of human subjects research and what is required of investigators at UH. This will also meet the UH and NIH requirement for human subjects research training. For further information, call Bill Dendle 539-3945.
