The Civil Rights Movement Post Rosa Parks

In celebration of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, a group of distinguished panelists will discuss the civil rights movement, past, present and future.
Speakers include Hilary O. Shelton, Washington D.C. Bureau Director of NAACP, visting professor in American Studies, James O. Horton, community civil rights activist Yoshie Tanabe, Annelle Amaral from Hawai‘i Planned Parenthood, and student participants from Power 96, Black Student Union. This event is free and open to the public.
