Writing Workshop for Faculty

The Manoa Writing Program invites faculty to participate in a pre-semester workshop on writing. Participants will learn about and discuss: * selecting writing assignments that help students meet course goals; * developing assignment guidelines and grading criteria; * evaluating and responding to student writing; * increasing student motivation to write well; and * decreasing the likelihood of plagiarism.
This interactive workshop will include small group discussions and writing.
