UH Day 2007
January 19, 10:00am - 3:00pmState Capitol
Alumni and friends of the University of Hawaii are invited to help us “Share the Pride” by attending UH Day 2007 at the State Capitol.
UH Day is a biannual event held during the first week of the legislative session at the Hawai‘i State Capitol. The event includes all 10 campuses of the University of Hawai‘i for the primary purpose of showcasing the excellence and diversity of the University of Hawaii system.
Exciting exhibits, such as a steel bridge and glass blowing demonstrations, food sampling, presentations by university experts and live performances of dance and music will all be a part of the day’s festivities.
More than 80 units from our ten campuses will allow all who attend to experience a glimpse of what makes UH great!
In 2007, UH Day holds additional significance as the university launches the celebration of 100 years of higher education in Hawaii. We encourage your participation in UH Day and we invite you to join our Centennial celebration.
