James and the Giant Peach

"James and the Giant Peach,” from the author of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” is a delightful fantasy about a young orphan, living with his strange aunts, who is given a mysterious bag by a strange old man which magically grows a giant peach on a withered old tree. When James finds a secret entrance into the inside of the huge fruit, he discovers a world populated by marvelous insect friends, who roll off on an exciting adventure with him and the peach.
