Chef Yoshinori Matsusaka is a talented and well-respected chef in Japan. The Culinary Arts Department at Kapi'olani Community College is privileged to have Chef Matsusaka as part of its Guslander Distinguished Visiting Chefs Program this spring.
Please join us for a free cooking demonstration and enjoy Chef Matsusaka's artistry with Japanese cuisine on Thursday, March 1 in `Ohi`a 118 at 12 noon. Limited seating. For more information, call 734-9484.
