Kanaka Maoli, the US and International Law: The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. The second of four symposiums with Mililani Trask, Esq., will focus on the history of the Declaration and the current status of the Declaration. It will review the objections of the US and other states to provisions relating to self-determination, state sovereignty and the Indigenous global legal response. Free.
