Kanaka Maoli, the US and International Law: Racism and US Jurisprudence. Third in a series of four symposiums with Mililani Trask, Esq., examines US domestic case law dealing with peoples of color and Native Americans which have racist overtones or are based on racist assumptions. These cases and the precedents they set will impact US decisions relating to Hawaiians. Free.
