An Artist's Job in Animation

So you're going to art school because you love to draw or paint or work on the computer, and you just like art, but don’t know what job is right for you in animation?
Kathy Altieri will talk about the production process and the artist’s role in animation with slides of artwork created for recently released DreamWorks animated films. She will explain how you can build your portfolio and skills to give you the best shot at getting your foot in the door, whether it’s feature animation, television animation, or games.
