Pearl Harbor Shipyard Job Fair

Pearl Harbor is proud to present another Job Fair at our very own HCC Marine Education and Training Center (METC) located at 10 Sand Island Access Road Saturday, March 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon!

Pearl Harbor Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), along with Honolulu Community College, provides opportunities for selected trainees to work alongside journeymen, receive trade theory training and work toward a degree (AAS) in Applied Trades at Honolulu Community College.

ONLINE applications for the 2008 class will be available ONLINE from March 24 to April 8, 2007 at: https://acep.hawaii.navy.mil

ONLINE application must be submitted by midnight HST on April 8, 2007. It is highly recommended that applicants attend the Job Fair to learn more about the program and the positions available.

Eligibility for this years Job Fair is as follows:

1. United States Citizen
2. 18 years old by January 8, 2007
3. High School graduate or GED
4. Pass a physical exam
5. Pass a security clearance
6. Take the ASSET Test and score at an acceptable English and Math level(Place into HCC's English 100 & Math 50)
