Gaston Caperton, "Ivory-Tower Ethics: A Conversation with the Former Governor of West Virginia & Current President of The College Board."
Governor Gaston Caperton was Governor of West Virginia for eight years and was highly regarded for his accomplishments both by his constituents and by the Clinton White House. He is a true renaissance figure with many diverse interests and multiple achievements. He is president of the College Board, which consists of 5,000 of the nation’s leading schools, colleges and universities where he must constantly deal with a multitude of complex and fascinating ethical issues.
Governor Caperton’s thought-provoking insights about the intersection of education, public service and business along with reflections on his extraordinary career promise to make for an inspiring and interesting event.
