Secrets from the Sand
Renowned archaeologist, Dr. Zahi Hawass, head of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Antiquities, will present the latest discoveries in Egypt, including the Giza Plateau.
Recognized internationally for his three decades of research in Egyptian antiquities, Hawass is the first Egyptian to be awarded an Emmy in October 2006 for his work on a 2005 CBS documentary on Pharaoh Tutankhamun and the Valley of Kings. He is often featured on National Geographic’s “Digging for the Truth.”
