UH System Strategic Outcomes and Performance Measures, 2008-2015

The University of Hawai‘i System held discussions during the fall 2007 semester at UH campuses and university centers to update its System strategic plan, which expires in 2010. Based on input received from the UH community and the public, the University’s administration developed a companion piece to the plan that assigns strategic priorities and performance measures and extends the plan to 2015.

The update to the plan, which pertains to the future direction of the university through 2015, seeks to strategically position the university to meet the needs of the state. Members of the UH community are invited to attend a discussion on the UH System’s draft strategic priorities and performance measures on January 18 through a Polycom videoconference session. The origination site is UH Hilo, Mo‘okini Library, Rm 350. Please check the plan website at www.hawaii.edu/ovppp/uhplan/ for campus locations and for a copy of the handout. Attendees are requested to bring their own handout to the session to follow the discussion; there will not be a PowerPoint presentation. Another session is scheduled on January 24 via HITS.
