The Spring 2008 workshop includes:
• Rights and Responsibilities of Students with Disabilities and
Postsecondary Personnel
• Universal Design for Learning as an Innovative and Effective Tool to Reach and Teach All Students
• Understanding your Students with Psychiatric and Learning Disabilities
• Getting Akamai with Assistive Technology Inside and Outside the Classroom
The lead presenter is Megan A. Conway, PhD, assistant professor of disability studies
Coffee and dessert buffet will be provided.
Attendees will receive a certificate of completion to include in their personnel files as evidence of professional training.
