Tang Soo Do

Tang Soo Do is an external, hard-style Korean interpretation of Shudakan Karate. This one hour class will introduce students to basic blocks, punches and kicks. Students will experience hard-contact body conditioning, practice assisted streching, and will also learn some basic Japanese and Korean terminology.
Due to the high intensity of this class students are warned that bruising is not just a possibility, it's a reality! Loose clothing is recommended.
