Advancing Scientific Discovery Through TeraGrid

Scott Lathrop, Director of Education, Outreach and Training for the TeraGrid Project, will share information with UH researchers concerning the TeraGrid infrastructure during a live two hour broadcast on March 25 in Kuykendall 204 on the Manoa campus.
TeraGrid is an open scientific discovery infrastructure combining leadership class resources at eleven partner sites to create an integrated, persistent computational resource. Lathrop will discuss the resources that can be tapped into, the procedures necessary to obtain TeraGrid accounts, and the support that is available to TeraGrid users. Although the presentation will be originating from Michigan, questions will be answered in real-time through Internet video technology.
