Free Program on Parliamentary Procedure

In celebration of Parliamentary Law month, UH West O‘ahu’s Center for Labor Education & Research (CLEAR) and the Aloha ‘Ohana Parliamentary Unit of Hawai‘i will present a free public program on parliamentary procedure conducted by Unit President and Registered Parliamentarian, Dr. William Puette.
The program will introduce opportunities for parliamentary study in Hawai‘i and provide basic information on parliamentary procedure, featuring a 60-minute instructional video.
Dr. Puette teaches non-credit workshops and seminars on parliamentary procedure at UH West O‘ahu as part of the CLEAR program. The Aloha ‘Ohana Parliamentary Unit is the largest of three units in the state and meets monthly on O‘ahu to study and assist those interested in learning parliamentary procedure.
