Do you wish to engage your students or co-workers online from the comfort of your own workstation at the office or from home? This workshop gives a quick overview of popular voice and instant messaging services and how you can use them to accomplish this. Whether you are a course instructor, counselor or staff office worker, you will benefit from learning about these free, yet powerful tools available to anyone. Services we will go over include: Skype, GTalk, AIM, Yahoo!Messenger and WindowsLive/MSN Messenger.
