The UH Contemporary Music Ensemble presents its second concert of the semester, featuring American composer Drew Baker’s solo piano work National Anthem as well as South African composer Kevin Volans’s Kneeling Dance for two pianos. Also on the program are UH faculty composer Byron Yasui’s Four Songs (after the Japanese) for soprano and piano and Polish composer Henryk Gorecki’s large work Kleines Requiem fur Eine Polka. Admission is free.
