You can experience Chi-balancing by slowly moving your hands near your body for well-being. This self-help technique traditionally affect deficiencies, pain, and inflammation. Synchronizing our breath with Chi King movements, we will increase our inner strength. Also we will practice imagery and breathing exercise while sitting to increase our sense of being centered and integrated. No fragrance.
