Whether you're working with a digital SLR or an adjustable point and shoot, learn and understand the shooting modes, shutter speeds, f-stops, depth of field, motion blur, or white balance choices. Take your photography beyond automatic settings and hoping for the best. Learn composition techniques for improving your photographs and getting the most from yourself and your camera. (Class is suitable for beginners wanting to become more capable amateur photographers. If you don't yet understand most of the topics in the Understanding Your Digital Point & Shoot Camera class, please consider taking that class first. Please bring your camera and any accessories to class.)
