A book presentation by His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi, Head of State of Samoa and Chancellor of the National University of Samoa, followed by a panel discussion with distinguished professors from the Matsunaga Institute for Peace, Richardson School of Law, Pacific Islands Studies Program, School of Travel Industry Management, Department of Religion, East West Center and Hawaii Pacific University.
