Teaching the Ethical Use of Electronic Resources
Kim Bridges, Botany
Duane Henry, General Education Office
Ellen Hoffman, Educational Technology
Technology has the power to both complicate and enhance teaching and learning. Blackberries, iPods and the internet are now a part of the everyday classroom experience, but we do not yet understand all the implications of this. This event will discuss plagiarism, open access and scholarly communication in general, in addition to how to actively teach ethical conduct.
