Open forum/discussion by African Americans in Hawaii. Topics include the following: Being Black in Hawaii, Getting Connected, Working in Hawaii, and presentation/discussion of documentary "Holding Fast The Dream" (rough cuts).
Perspectives by Elisa Joy White (UHM ethnic studies), Fay Kennedy (social worker & former chair NAACP), Miles Jackson (author & emeritus professor Library and Information Studies), Ray Griffin (EEOC), Gloria Garrett (crisis therapist) and Wally Amos (entrepreneur).
