Health and Human Rights Teach-In

The Health and Human Rights Teach-In symposium is broken into four main themes:
1) Native Hawaiian and Indigenous Health – With Dr. Kekuni Blaisdell, Kawika Liu and Jodi Leslie
2) Civil Conflict and Domestic Violence – With Cindy Spencer, Josh Cooper and Jennifer Rose
3) Refugee, Immigrant and In-Migrant Health – With Jon Van Dyke, Nicole Littenberg and Nancy Partika
4) Food Security and Nutrition – With George Kent and Vicki Higgins of Friends of Samoa.
Interactive workshops and dinner follow the keynote speakers.
This year’s Health Week theme, “Health and Human Rights,” will deal with issues specific to Hawaii.
