JABSOM's Institute for Biogenesis Research, Center for Biomedical Research Excellence presents a lecture titled, "Opportunities and ethical challenges in translational research regarding advances in reproductive medicine" by Dr. Bernard Lo, M.D. professor, Department of Medicine, UCSF Director of the Program in Medical Ethics, UCSF.
Dr. Lo is co-chair of the Standards Working Group of the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine, which recommends regulations for stem cell research funded by the state of California.
