Book Launch: Talking Hawai'i's Story

Launch of the new anthology of oral history narratives of longtime island residents, Talking Hawai'i's Story.
Featured in the program will be dramatic readings of some of the oral histories, directed and produced by Aloha Shorts. Light refreshments will be served. Free on-campus parking.
The event is co-sponsored by the Center for Oral History, the Center for Biographical Research, and the Hawai‘i Council for the Humanities.
Talking Hawai'i's Story: Oral Histories of an Island People is edited by Michi Kodama-Nishimoto, Warren S. Nishimoto, and Cynthia A. Oshiro. Published by the University of Hawai‘i Press for the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Center for Oral History and Center for Biographical Research.
