iMovie '09

This session will cover the key concepts of importing, organizing and editing digital video projects with Apple's iMovie '09. Attendees will learn how to navigate the iMovie Library and use organizational tools like Events to archive footage for video projects. In this session, Presenter Kepano Kekuewa of Apple, will cover basic editing techniques introduced in iMovie '08 and refined in iMovie '09 with tools such as the precision editor. Attendees will also learn about the various options for exporting and sharing their completed video projects through online hosting services and traditional DVDs.

Brown Bag presentations are broadcast live to HITS sites throughout the UH System and on UH Manoa's Campus Cable TV channel 67. Reservations are required through the ITS training web site: http://www.hawaii.edu/training
