Hawai’i Self Defense Laws: The Legal Perspective

The UH Manoa Law School Self Defense Club presents a policy forum on “Hawai’i Self Defense Laws: The Legal Perspective” on Thursday, April 1, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at UH Manoa's William S. Richardson School of Law classroom 1.

Speakers include: Professor of Law Virginia E. Hench, Director of the Hawai’i Innocence Project Christopher Park, Metropolitan Police Sergeant with the Honolulu Police Department Franklin Don Pacarro, Jr., Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu Jerry A. Villanueva, Trial Attorney for the Office of the Public Defender Edward K. Harada, and Victoria S. Marks, retired Judge of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai‘i.
