Synopsis
A family melodrama centered on the tribulations Mr. Park, a good-hearted but uneducated and obstinate plasterer, encounters in dealing with the courtship and marriage plans of his son and two daughters. The story’s various episodes illustrate both intergenerational value conflicts in a modernizing era and the problems often engendered by differences in family backgrounds.
