Rain Gardens for Home Landscapes

May 19, 9:30am - 11:30am
Mānoa Campus, Lyon Arboretum, 3860 Manoa Rd.

Learn how to build a rain garden that will help recharge our precious island aquifer and grow your garden green!

By installing a simple rain garden in your own yard, you can create a system that helps to prevent the loss of storm run-off and makes your graden and yard more attractive and funcional at the same time.

In this morning workshop, Jolie Wanger will describe the benefits of creating a rain garden system. The class will include some hands-on experience in rain garden design.

Class size limited. Class fee $20. Registraton required.
