Go Out and Listen Night!

September 12, 7:30pm - 8:00pm
Where: Any Oahu location with your smartphone in hand!

The Oahu Invasive Species Committee (OISC) needs you to be its eyes and ears across the island to report and prevent the invasion of harmful coqui frogs that continue to "hitchhike" to Oahu from the Big Island. For this one-night event, go outside, listen for the "ko-KEE" call of the coqui frog, and use your smartphone and the Honolulu City and County's new "Honolulu 311" mobile app to report if you hear coqui frogs in your area. OISC will receive and quickly respond to all reports of coqui frogs to prevent them from invading!
