Dinner with Democracy
November 15, 5:30pm - 7:30pmManoa Campus, Campus Center Room 308
Join us for dinner & democracy! The elections are over, and there are big opportunities ahead to get involved and take action on issues that matter to you. Join us for this fun evening with PASA (Politically Active Student Alliance) and Common Cause Hawaii -- we'll provide updates on current issues and activities, and share tips on how to voice your ideas to elected officials and make a difference in politics and policy. Meet our special guest speaker, Honolulu City Council member Stanley Chang, who will share his insights as a young elected official and explain how YOU can make an impact in politics and government.
This event is free and open to all students, and dinner is provided (please RSVP).
RSVP: Please send an email with your name and contact info to volunteer@commoncausehawaii.org.
